Its time for term limits. 18 years is enough time to allow for State stability while ensuring that members of the Senate and House are not entrenched in complacency. When you have Senators and Representatives that have to be physically wheeled into the chambers while relying on others to perform their constitutional duties, then it’s time for a change.
